The beautiful stone barns are recently converted to provide 5 star luxury in a peaceful and secluded corner of east Devon, nestling high on the hill, overlooking the picturesque Axe Valley with views of the Jurassic Coastline and surrounding countryside. The five barns range from a luxury 1 bedroom suite through to a lavish 6 bedroom residence, each one individually designed and furnished to ensure every comfort and convenience. The barns have been converted to be environmentally friendly, using solar energy and air source heat pumps throughout.

Cranberries is situated within Hills Farm in Kilmington. The farm was originally built in 1251, and then re-built 250 years ago when it became a dairy farm. The surrounding barns were used as milking parlours, thrashing barns and hay barns. We believe the village of Kilmington came into existence around A.D. 925, and visitors have flocked to the Jurassic Coast since the 18th Century, attracted by its stunning coastal scenery, colourful history and superb shopping and galleries. Kilmington has two excellent country pubs, a village stores, two churches, a farm shop selling local produce and everything else you would expect to find in such a beautiful and well kept village.
